OK, I downloaded 2.79 and ran it, then used one of my smf_import.py script and imported the fantastic models of one of the greatest model makers around on vales.com, Supermoto XL!

These models do not have wheels installed . They are a separate file.

What would it take to turn an Evo .smf into a 3D printable file? The mesh architecture seems wholly different. I would like to 1 off print the nose and hatch of my (well, Turbo's XJ and Todd's MJ) Evo XJ to build a 1/10 RC replica of Todd's real XJ.

First you can import .smf file to Blender with my smf_import.py script.
Then use the i.materialze Blender plugin to get it printed in 3D.
Or if you have access to your own 3D printer, you can print it too.

Any chance I can get a copy of the script again? I lost a lot of my game editing files when my old computer and external died.

Would that be the 279_smf_import script?'
It has been updated to allow importing the tires & wheels also!
You should import them into a different layer from the truck itself.
Then turn both layers on at the same time to see the wheels and tires with the vehicle.

Send me an email with the address in green on the above photo.
I'll send you a file with the 289_smf_import script.
Do you need the files to unpod Evo2 files also?

If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right, if you can figure that out!
