The rules here are pretty simple...

Rule #1 is this is a G-rated Kid Friendly site. That means no profanity or bullying.
There are members here from 11 to 50+ years old, if you wish to participate in the Forums please keep that in mind.

Simple.
There are some other restrictions regarding Picture Uploads and Signature sizes, and some simple tests of your connection to ensure you can use all of the functions here, but you can read about those on the Newbie Help page.

Note that in years past new members could select from 2 to 6 add-ons of their choice a day to download.
Cheaters making multiple accounts to cheat that system for years ruined all that, so now free memberships can only download the one track and two vehicles that are randomly generated each day regardless of how many memberships you have, so please don't bother making more than one.
If you want to select what you want to download buy a $5 year membership once you register.

Also Note that on the next page you will have a bunch of form fields to share non-intrusive information, if you plan to use Forums it is helpful for other if you share some info.
