Yeah, thats' what I was thinking. After a few hours of gaming pc wizard says that my cpu cores are at 93 degrees celcius! That can't be true because my motherboard will shut everything down if any part on it reaches 90C. It's probably in between 90 and 60.

I wouldnt trust either of them.. Me myself after i overclock my cpu i use realtemp, gives me the accurate temprature as long as i type in the max TJ... wich is 100 in my case so download Realtemp: http://www.techpowerup.com/realtemp/ And type in your cpu's Max TJ wich is about 95. After all that you shoud have an accurate temprature

We used to call it enjoyment, now im not so sure

Glad to hear you three figured it out before that huge mistake (not the fan) caused damage.

If you really want to test it, run Fur.
It doesn't give temps itself but it will simulate gaming 100% full bore for as long as you let it run and you can jump back and forth (if you don't have dual monitors) to see.

I might give that a try, and I do have dual monitors.

I have a hard time understanding how anyone can not notice somethings real wrong as soon as they get anywhere near hot electronics.

I have a hard time understanding why you assume I can feel hot air coming from the case, when you actually can't.

Sorry that came out wrong. I did not mean you or the air temperature.

But it is hard to miss that smell when hardware gets to hot.

Omg.. Amazing PC. That graphics card is what? Like a week old? I saw it on the Project Reality forums like 3 days ago... Lucky guy. Have fun

If it's broke FIX it. If it's not broke, OVERCLOCK it. If OVERCLOCKING breaks it, get ready to buy a new one

Thank You. It is an ATi Radeon HD 4890 but it is XFX branded. It came out on April 1st, but it is the newest ATi video card.
