Hello Visitor, Visitor status means you are a guest here, or not logged on with your Member account. It is painless and free to become a Member, just click the REGISTER link. You can scroll down through the expanded levels of membership available here once you Register below. If you are already a member, be sure to login now if you wish to see the options and forms available to you. Remember, you need COOKIES enabled in your Browser to use this site as a member. If you DID Register and Received your Password in E-mail, but are having problems staying logged on, read the COOKIES Page. If you DID NOT Receive your Password in E-mail, it is almost always a problem with the E-mail Address you supplied. Read the Registration Problems page for more on this.

Visitor:
Visitor access is still TOTALLY FREE and requires nothing from the visitor.
Anyone not banned at the server level can read all of web and forum pages except the Review pages for free, but they can not post any messages, upload or download any files.

Registered Members:
You MUST be a logged on, Registered Member to expand your service.
The Expanded Service Form link will then become available from the white box above.
Registration is still TOTALLY FREE, but requires a unique, valid E-mail address to receive a password and join.
Registered Members can read all of the web pages and forums, post messages and download 2 files per day.
If you give back to the community via Review or Forum Posts, or Upload you own creations, the free amount will double to 4 a day.
Cheat, and create multiple memberships, and you will loose all free download ability here.

Dues Paying Members:
Dues Paying Members can read all of the web pages and forums, post unlimited messages, make unlimited uploads, and download 20 files per day for $2.50 US a Year.
The 50 cents is for the postage stamp, or in the case of PayPal payment, their cut.
In either case I only receive $2.

Sponsoring Members:
A sponsor is someone that buys a $10 Area Sponsorship Banner, makes a donation of $10, or has sent in $10 or more in the past.
Sponsors get everything a Dues Paying Member does, plus an additional 5 Downloads a day for a total of 25 Downloads a day, plus their Sponsor Linked Banner for that sponsored month, and if desired, a mention on the Special Sponsors Page.

Moderators, Site Engineers, and Co-Admin’s:
These are the guys that keep vales.com humming along on a daily basis.
They enforce the forum rules, download, test and OK the files, and clean up any messes left by others.
They do all of this hard and time-consuming work for free.
In return they are not required to pay anything and get all of the above plus 50 Downloads a day and the ability to edit and delete files and forum posts.

Special Exceptions and the "Dues Pool":
Due to the worldwide nature of vales.com, currency exchange rates, age, postal systems, and the flat poor state of the worlds economy, there will be some highly valued members that contribute much to the communities I host, but simply can’t send in their dollar.
For these special members I will setting up a special pool with funds from those that contribute more than their $1 to ensure they have the needed access.
A form will be placed here to nominate members you feel are worthy of a free ride.
